1. Nature of the Platform
Zaylo is a technological platform that allows independent sellers to create online stores to showcase fashion items. Zaylo acts solely as a technological intermediary and visual catalog; we do not own the items, we do not store them, nor are we the selling party in any transaction.
2. Transactions and Responsibility
Currently, the checkout process redirects buyers to the seller's personal WhatsApp. Upon transaction, the payment agreement, shipping method, and any warranty are established solely and exclusively between the Buyer and the Seller. Zaylo disclaims all liability for fraud, scams, defective products, counterfeits, or shipping issues.
3. Seller Responsibilities
As a seller, you agree to provide accurate information about your items, respond to buyers professionally, and comply with agreed-upon shipments. The publication of counterfeit (replica) or stolen items, or items that infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties, is strictly prohibited. Zaylo reserves the right to remove products or suspend stores that violate this rule.
4. Fees, Commissions, and Payments
Zaylo reserves the right to implement native payment gateways in the future and apply fees or commissions per successful transaction or for the use of premium tools. Any changes to the cost structure will be notified to users in advance.
5. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to unilaterally suspend or delete any account if we detect suspicious activity, recurring reports of fraud by buyers, or any behavior that damages the reputation and security of the Zaylo community.
